Instructions

Step 1: If not pre-cooked, prepare quinoa according to package instructions (cook time 15-20 minutes). Fluff with a fork and set aside to cool slightly.

Step 2: While quinoa cooks, slice chicken breast into thin strips or cubes. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with 5ml of olive oil. Add chicken and pan-sear for 5-7 minutes, until cooked through and lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper.
