- dry white rice120 g
- water or beef broth100 ml
- broccoli florets300 g
- onion100 g
- garlic (minced)10 g
- sesame oil15 ml
- olive oil10 ml
- salt1 to taste
- black pepper1 to taste
- fresh ginger (grated)10 g
- soy sauce (dairy-free)20 ml
- Gochujang30 g
Instructions
