- Carrot25 g
- Garlic1 clove
- Green Onion0.5 stalk
- Sesame Oil2.5 ml
- Olive Oil5 ml
- Shirataki Noodles200 g
- Green Cabbage125 g
- Shiitake Mushroom50 g
- Ginger5 g
- Soy Sauce15 ml
- Mirin10 ml
- Sake7.5 ml

Drain shirataki noodles, rinse thoroughly under cold water, and boil for 2-3 minutes. Drain well and pat dry.
