Instructions

Rinse and drain the cannellini beans (200g). Drain the canned tuna (150g). (2 minutes)

Finely chop the red onion (30g), celery (50g), bell pepper (50g), and fresh parsley (10g). (6 minutes)

In a medium bowl, combine the drained beans, tuna, chopped vegetables, and parsley.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice (10ml), olive oil (15ml), salt (1g), and pepper (0.5g) to make the dressing.
