- Cabbage300 g

Instructions

Finely chop 50g onion (or leek) and mince 10g garlic. Shred 300g cabbage (6 minutes).

Heat 10g olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Add 220g ground pork and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5 minutes (5 minutes).

Drain excess fat if necessary, leaving a small amount in the pan. Add the chopped onion/leek and cook until softened, about 3 minutes (3 minutes).
