Lentil Pasta80 g
Spinach150 g
Cherry Tomato100 g
Garlic10 g
Olive Oil20 ml
Basil5 g
Oregano3 g
Salt1 tsp
Black Pepper0.5 tsp

Instructions

Step 1: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add lentil pasta and cook according to package directions (usually 8-10 minutes).

Step 2: While pasta cooks, dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Step 3: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Step 4: Add minced garlic, cherry tomatoes, and oregano to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until tomatoes soften slightly.

Step 5: Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss everything together, season with salt, pepper, and fresh basil. Serve immediately.
