Nutritional Yeast18.5 g

Instructions

Slice the mushrooms and bell pepper. Mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add sliced mushrooms and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened.

Add TVP and vegetable broth to the skillet. Stir well to combine and allow the TVP to rehydrate, simmering for 5 minutes.

Stir in tomato paste, nutritional yeast, and dried oregano (or thyme). Mix thoroughly.

Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until wilted.

Remove from heat. Transfer the skillet mixture to a bowl and top with pumpkin seeds. Serve immediately.
