Ground Turkey250 g
Brown Rice120 g
Zucchini150 g
Bell Pepper120 g
Onion50 g
Garlic2 clove
Ginger5 g
Soy Sauce30 ml
Sesame Oil5 ml
Broccoli100 g

Instructions

Step 1: Dice the zucchini, bell pepper, and onion. Mince the garlic and ginger. Cut broccoli into small florets.

Step 2: Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 6-7 minutes.

Step 3: Drain any excess fat from the turkey. Add diced onion, bell pepper, broccoli, minced garlic, and ginger to the pan. Stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
