Tuna175 g
White beans125 g
Cucumber60 g
Red onion20 g
Cherry tomatoes60 g
Mixed greens50 g
Olive oil15 ml
Lemon juice15 ml
Fresh parsley10 g
Salt1 g
Black pepper0.5 g

Instructions

Drain 350g tuna thoroughly. Rinse 250g white beans under cold water and drain. (2 minutes)

Wash and prepare vegetables: dice 120g cucumber, finely slice 40g red onion, and halve 120g cherry tomatoes. Wash 100g mixed greens. (3 minutes)

In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, white beans, cucumber, red onion, and cherry tomatoes. (1 minute)

In a small bowl, whisk together 30ml olive oil, 30ml lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of black pepper to create the dressing. Finely chop 20g fresh parsley and stir into the dressing. (1 minute)

Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to combine. Serve the salad over the mixed greens. (1 minute)
