- Seitan160 g
- Zucchini75 g
- Soy Sauce10 ml

- Vegetable Broth30 ml

Step 1: Cook brown rice according to package instructions (approx. 15-20 minutes, can be done simultaneously or started first).

Step 2: While rice cooks, slice seitan into strips. Julienne bell peppers and carrots. Slice zucchini into half-moons. Mince garlic and ginger.
