Ingredients
- Rice Noodles60 g
- Spinach100 g
- Garlic0.5 clove
- Sesame Oil11.3 ml
- Seitan175 g
- Mushroom100 g
- Soy Sauce18.8 ml
- Ginger5 g
Instructions

Bring a pot of water to boil for the rice noodles. Cook noodles according to package directions, usually 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Thinly slice the seitan. Slice mushrooms. Mince garlic and grate ginger.

Heat sesame oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add seitan and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.

Add mushrooms, garlic, and ginger to the pan. Stir-fry for 3 minutes until mushrooms soften.
