Nutritional yeast40 g
Olive oil30 ml
Lemon juice30 ml
Fresh parsley, chopped10 g

Instructions

Rinse and drain the canned cannellini beans.

Wash and prepare the mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, and sprouts. Chop vegetables as needed.
