- Onion50 g

Instructions

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta.

While water heats, dice the onion and mince the garlic. Roughly chop the fresh tomatoes.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or deep pan over medium-high heat. Add the mince beef and break it up with a spoon. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned, stirring occasionally. Drain any excess fat if necessary.
