Whole Wheat Wrap60 g
Cannellini Beans100 g
Soy Protein Isolate50 g
Artichoke Hearts50 g
Sun-Dried Tomatoes15 g
Spinach50 g
Tahini20 g
Lemon Juice15 ml
Garlic Powder2 g
Salt1 g
Black Pepper1 g

Instructions

Drain and rinse cannellini beans. In a small bowl, mash the beans with a fork until mostly smooth.

Stir in the soy protein isolate, tahini, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create a creamy spread.

Chop the artichoke hearts and sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces.

Lay out the whole wheat wrap. Spread the bean mixture evenly over the wrap.

Layer with chopped artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh spinach.

Fold the sides of the wrap inwards, then roll it up tightly from the bottom. Serve immediately.
