Instructions

Step 1: Dice the chicken breast into 1-inch pieces. Chop the zucchini, bell pepper, and onion. Mince the garlic.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 3: Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned on all sides.

Step 4: Add zucchini, bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until vegetables start to soften.
