Instructions

Step 1: Rinse brown rice thoroughly. Cook brown rice according to package directions (typically 1 part rice to 2 parts water) for about 10-12 minutes until tender, then set aside.

Step 2: Slice chicken breast into thin strips. Chop zucchini, bell pepper, carrot, and onion into bite-sized pieces. Prepare ginger-garlic paste if not pre-made.

Step 3: Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
