- Bell Pepper100 g

- Olive Oil10 ml
- Salt1 pinch
- Black Pepper1 pinch
- Zucchini75 g
- Green Bean75 g
- Soy Sauce15 ml
- Ginger5 g
Instructions

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. Mince the garlic and ginger. Slice the bell pepper and zucchini into thin strips. Trim the green beans.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.

Add the chicken strips to the hot pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
