High-Protein Chicken and Vegetable Stir-fry with Quick Rice
A quick and flavorful stir-fry featuring lean chicken breast, seasonal cabbage and carrots, seasoned with ginger and garlic, served alongside fluffy rice.

- Cooked Rice50 g
- Carrots50 g
- Onion50 g
- Garlic5 g
- Olive Oil15 g
- Cabbage100 g
- Soy Sauce10 ml
- Ginger5 g
Instructions

Step 1: Slice chicken breast into thin strips. Shred cabbage, julienne carrots, thinly slice onion, mince ginger and garlic.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and stir-fry until cooked through and lightly browned, about 4-5 minutes. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3: Add onion, carrots, ginger, and garlic to the same skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Add shredded cabbage and continue to stir-fry until cabbage is slightly softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Step 4: Return chicken to the skillet. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through. Serve immediately with cooked rice.
