Chicken Sausage210 g
White Bean110 g
Swiss Chard100 g
Diced Tomato150 g
Vegetable Broth50 ml
Olive Oil2.5 ml
Onion30 g
Garlic4 g
Smoked Paprika0.5 tsp
Dried Oregano0.3 tsp
Salt0.3 tsp
Black Pepper0.1 tsp

Instructions

Slice the chicken sausage into medallions. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Remove sausage from skillet and set aside.

Add diced onion and minced garlic to the same skillet, sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.

Stir in the drained and rinsed white beans, diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, smoked paprika, and dried oregano. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the chopped Swiss chard to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until wilted. Return the cooked sausage to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper.

Serve hot.
