Pork Loin200 g
Cabbage200 g
Mushrooms100 g
Onion60 g
Garlic5 g
Olive Oil10 ml
Vegetable Broth100 ml
Caraway Seeds1 g
Paprika2 g
Salt2 g
Black Pepper1 g
Fresh Parsley5 g

Instructions

Trim any excess fat from the pork loin and cut it into 2-3 cm cubes. Thinly slice the cabbage. Slice the mushrooms. Peel and finely chop the onion. Mince the garlic. Chop the fresh parsley. (7 minutes)

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork cubes and sear for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides. Remove pork from the skillet and set aside. (5 minutes)

Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add the minced garlic, sliced mushrooms, caraway seeds, and paprika. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring, until mushrooms begin to soften. (7 minutes)

Return the pork to the skillet. Add the sliced cabbage and vegetable broth. Stir well, cover, and let it simmer for 5-6 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender-crisp and the pork is cooked through. (6 minutes)

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving. (2 minutes)
