Hearty Pork and Cabbage Skillet with Boiled Potatoes

- Onion0.5 large
- Carrot50 g
- Olive Oil0.8 tbsp
- Apple Cider Vinegar1 tbsp
- Salt0.5 tsp
- Black Pepper0.3 tsp
- Pork Tenderloin175 g
- Cabbage300 g
- Potato150 g
- Paprika0.5 tsp
- Caraway Seed0.3 tsp
Instructions

Peel and dice the potatoes into 2 cm cubes. Place them in a pot, cover with water, add a pinch of salt, and bring to a boil. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until tender.

While potatoes cook, thinly slice the pork tenderloin into strips. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Thinly slice the cabbage, onion, and julienne the carrots.
