- Carrots50 g
- Bell pepper (any color)50 g
- Broccoli florets50 g
- Garlic (minced)5 g

- Olive oil8 ml

- Black pepper (freshly ground)0.5 g
- Brown lentils (dry)75 g
- Water or broth400 ml
Instructions

Rinse the brown lentils under cold water.

Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
