Ground Beef150 g
Green Cabbage200 g
Carrot50 g
Onion50 g
Buckwheat Kasha50 g
Olive Oil5 g
Garlic1 clove
Paprika2 g
Salt2 g
Black Pepper1 g

Instructions

Step 1: Cook buckwheat kasha according to package directions. Typically, combine 50g buckwheat with 100ml water, bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 10-15 minutes until water is absorbed.

Step 2: While buckwheat cooks, finely chop the onion and garlic. Shred the green cabbage and julienne the carrot.

Step 3: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Step 4: Add chopped onion, garlic, shredded cabbage, and julienned carrot to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. Season with paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Step 5: Stir the cooked buckwheat into the skillet with the beef and vegetables. Mix well and serve hot.
