Lean Ground Beef240 g
Potato220 g
Carrot50 g
Onion40 g
Garlic5 g
Olive Oil8 ml
Beef Broth100 ml
Paprika1 tsp
Marjoram0.5 tsp
Salt0.5 tsp

Instructions

Step 1: Peel and dice potatoes into small, ½-inch cubes. Dice carrots, chop onion, and mince garlic.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Add lean ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Drain any excess fat if necessary.

Step 3: Add diced potatoes, carrots, chopped onion, and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4: Stir in beef broth, paprika, marjoram, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.

Step 5: Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Serve hot.
