Cabbage150 g
Carrots100 g
Celery Root100 g
Onion50 g
Garlic7.5 g
Ginger5 g
Soy Sauce15 ml
Rice Vinegar7.5 ml
Sesame Oil5 ml
Olive Oil5 ml

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare vegetables (10 minutes) - Thinly slice the cabbage (3 minutes). Peel and julienne or finely dice the carrots and celery root (4 minutes). Dice the onion (1 minute). Mince the garlic and ginger (2 minutes).

Step 2: Cook turkey (5 minutes) - Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Drain any excess fat if necessary.

Step 3: Stir-fry vegetables (8 minutes) - Add the diced onion, julienned carrots, and celery root to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5 minutes until vegetables start to soften. Add the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for another 1 minute until fragrant. Add the sliced cabbage and stir-fry for 2 minutes until it begins to wilt.

Step 4: Finish the stir-fry (2 minutes) - In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the turkey and vegetables in the skillet. Toss to coat evenly and cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce has slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
