Cabbage125 g
Onion60 g

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare vegetables: Peel and dice the parsnips into small cubes, thinly slice the cabbage, finely chop the onion, and mince the garlic (5 minutes).

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, for 4 minutes until browned. Drain any excess fat if necessary.

Step 3: Add the onion, garlic, parsnips, cabbage, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 3 minutes until vegetables start to soften.

Step 4: Pour in the beef broth, bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 2 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
