Chicken Breast200 g
Potato200 g
Carrot70 g
Onion40 g
Garlic5 g
Olive Oil10 g
Chicken Broth100 ml
Paprika2 g
Parsley5 g
Salt1 pinch
Black Pepper1 pinch

Instructions

Step 1: Dice the chicken breast into 1-inch pieces. Peel and dice potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes. Peel and slice carrots into thin rounds. Mince onion and garlic.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned on all sides, about 4-5 minutes. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.

Step 3: Add potatoes, carrots, and onion to the same skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables start to soften and brown slightly.

Step 4: Stir in minced garlic and paprika, cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Return chicken to the pan. Pour in chicken broth, season with salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer.

Step 5: Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender. Stir in fresh chopped parsley just before serving.
