Carrot100 g
Celeriac100 g

Vegetable Broth150 ml
Olive Oil10 ml
Parsley5 g

Instructions

Dice the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes. Peel and dice the potatoes, carrot, and celeriac into similar-sized pieces.

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan or pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.

Add the minced garlic and chicken breast cubes. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring, until the chicken is lightly browned on all sides.

Stir in the diced potatoes, carrot, and celeriac. Pour in the vegetable broth. Season with salt and black pepper.
