Potato150 g
Carrot50 g
Onion50 g
Garlic2 cloves

Chicken Broth100 ml

Instructions

Cut chicken breast into 1-inch cubes. Peel and dice potatoes, carrots, and onion into similar-sized pieces. Mince garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 4-5 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

Add potatoes, carrots, and onion to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes until vegetables begin to soften.

Stir in minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Return chicken to the skillet. Pour in chicken broth, bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 5 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. If needed, cook uncovered for a final minute to reduce liquid.
