Instructions

Step 1: Dice onion, mince garlic, slice carrot into thin rounds, and shred cabbage.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.

Step 3: Add ground chicken and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned (about 3 minutes).

Step 4: Stir in carrots, cabbage, tomato paste, and marjoram. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
