canned black beans, drained and rinsed250 g
cooked rice120 g
onion, chopped50 g
bell pepper, sliced50 g
broccoli florets50 g
garlic, minced5 g
olive oil7 ml
cumin2 g
chili powder2 g
salt1 g
black pepper0.5 g

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add chopped onion, sliced bell pepper, and broccoli florets. Sauté for 7-10 minutes until vegetables are tender.

Add minced garlic, cumin, and chili powder. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the drained and rinsed black beans to the skillet. Stir to combine with the vegetables and spices.

Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beans are heated through and slightly softened. Season with salt and pepper.
