Potatoes200 g
Carrots75 g
Celeriac75 g
Onion50 g
Olive Oil10 ml
Garlic1 clove
Smoked Paprika2.5 g
Dried Thyme1 g
Salt1.5 g
Black Pepper0.5 g
Fresh Parsley5 g

Instructions

1. Wash and dice the potatoes, carrots, and celeriac into small, uniform cubes (8 minutes). Chop the onion (2 minutes) and mince the garlic (1 minute). Measure out spices (1 minute).

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat (1 minute). Add the lean ground beef and brown it, breaking it apart with a spoon, for about 4 minutes (4 minutes). Drain any excess fat if necessary.

3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 2 minutes until the onion softens and becomes translucent (2 minutes).

4. Stir in the diced potatoes, carrots, and celeriac. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 8 minutes, until the vegetables are tender-crisp and lightly browned (8 minutes).

5. Stir in the smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute more to allow the flavors to meld (1 minute).
