Apple Cider Vinegar5 ml
Dijon Mustard2.5 ml

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the pre-cooked barley, drained and rinsed brown lentils, shredded cabbage, and grated carrot.

In a small bowl, whisk together the protein powder, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until a smooth vinaigrette forms. Add a splash of water if needed to reach desired consistency.
