Lentils180 g
Cauliflower Rice200 g
Onion70 g
Garlic10 g
Diced Tomatoes200 g
Chicken Broth100 ml
Olive Oil15 ml
Smoked Paprika2 g
Cumin2 g
Dried Oregano1 g
Salt2 g
Black Pepper1 g

Instructions

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic. Rinse and drain the canned lentils thoroughly. (Prep Time: 5 minutes)

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and cook for 5 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain any excess fat. (Cook Time: 5 minutes)

Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté for 2 minutes until softened. Stir in the minced garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant. (Cook Time: 2 minutes)

Stir in the diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer, then add the rinsed lentils. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and let simmer for 4 minutes to allow flavors to meld. (Cook Time: 4 minutes)
