Chicken Breast220 g
New Potato280 g
Asparagus200 g
Olive Oil10 g
Dried Thyme0.5 tsp
Salt0.5 tsp
Black Pepper0.3 tsp

Instructions

Wash the new potatoes thoroughly. Place them in a pot with salted water and bring to a boil. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.

While potatoes cook, season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and dried thyme. Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the chicken breast for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink inside.

Trim the woody ends off the asparagus spears. In a separate pan, heat 5g of olive oil over medium heat. Add the asparagus and sauté for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.

Once potatoes are cooked, drain them and toss lightly with the remaining 5g of olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Serve the grilled chicken breast alongside the sautéed asparagus and new potatoes.
