Grilled Chicken Breast with Slovenian Asparagus and New Potatoes

- Olive Oil10 g
- Salt0.5 tsp
- Black Pepper0.3 tsp
- New Potato280 g
- Asparagus200 g
- Dried Thyme0.5 tsp
Instructions

Wash the new potatoes thoroughly. Place them in a pot with salted water and bring to a boil. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.

While potatoes cook, season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and dried thyme. Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the chicken breast for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink inside.

Trim the woody ends off the asparagus spears. In a separate pan, heat 5g of olive oil over medium heat. Add the asparagus and sauté for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
