- Green Lentils150 g
- Mixed Greens100 g

Instructions

If using dry lentils, cook them according to package directions. If using canned, rinse thoroughly.

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through. Let rest for a few minutes, then slice.
