Greek Baked White Fish with Gigantes Plaki

- White Fish500 g
- Tomato Passata200 g
- Red Onion1 medium
- Garlic3 clove
- Olive Oil2.2 tbsp
- Dried Oregano1 tsp
- Salt1 tsp
- Black Pepper0.5 tsp
- Giant Bean450 g
- Fresh Dill5 g
- Fresh Parsley5 g
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).

Finely chop the red onion and mince the garlic cloves. Chop the fresh dill and parsley.

In a medium oven-safe dish, combine the drained giant beans, tomato passata, chopped red onion, minced garlic, half of the dill and parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

Drizzle 1.5 tablespoons of the olive oil over the bean mixture and stir again.

Place the white fish fillets on top of the bean mixture. Drizzle the remaining 0.71 tablespoons of olive oil over the fish and season lightly with salt and pepper.
