Garlic Herb Steak and Veggie Stir-fry with Rice

Ingredients
- Cooked brown rice200 g
- Broccoli florets200 g
- Fresh spinach100 g
- Bell pepper (any color)100 g
- Onion80 g
- Garlic4 cloves
- Bell pepper (any color)100 g
- Olive oil15 ml
- Salt0.5 tsp
- Black pepper0.3 tsp
- Sirloin steak (raw weight)380 g
- Fresh rosemary sprig1 pc
- Fresh thyme sprig1 pc
Instructions

Slice the sirloin steak thinly against the grain.

Mince the garlic. Chop the broccoli florets into bite-sized pieces. Dice the bell pepper and onion.

Heat half of the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

Add the sliced steak and sear quickly for 2-3 minutes until browned on all sides. Remove steak from the pan and set aside.
