Firm Tofu350 g
Vegetable Broth150 ml
Green Onion5 g
Cilantro5 g
Fish Sauce5 ml
Soy Sauce5 ml
Cooking Oil2 g
White Pepper1 pinch

Instructions

Step 1: Dice the firm tofu into small cubes. Thinly slice the green onion and chop the cilantro.

Step 2: In a small saucepan, combine rolled oats and vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Step 3: Add diced tofu, fish sauce, soy sauce, and white pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until oats are cooked and liquid is mostly absorbed.

Step 4: Stir in most of the green onion and cilantro. Drizzle with cooking oil. Serve hot, garnished with remaining green onion and cilantro.
