Chili Powder2 g
Lime5 ml

Instructions

Measure out the pepitas, oil, chili powder, lime juice, and salt (2 minutes).

Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Add the pepitas and toast, stirring frequently, until they are lightly golden and start to pop, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove from heat. Immediately drizzle with oil and lime juice, sprinkle with chili powder and salt. Toss to coat evenly (1 minute).

Spread on a plate to cool slightly before eating.
