Instructions

Cut the peppers (100 g) in half, remove seeds and stems. Roughly chop the onion (40 g), garlic (6 g), and cilantro (10 g). Cut the chicken (180 g) into bite-sized pieces. (10 minutes)

Heat a dry pan over medium-high heat. Place the pepper halves skin-side up in the pan and cook until the skin is charred, about 5-7 minutes. (7 minutes)

Place the charred peppers, chopped onion, garlic, and cilantro in a blender. Add broth (150 ml) and lime juice (15 ml). Blend until smooth. (5 minutes)

Heat oil (10 ml) in a medium pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. (7 minutes)

Pour the green chili sauce into the pan with the chicken. Add cumin (1 g) and salt (1 g). Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and tender. (15 minutes)

While the chicken simmers, cook the rice (60 g) according to package instructions. Heat the beans (100 g) in a separate small pan or microwave. (15 minutes - concurrent cooking)
