Cut the peppers (100 g) in half, remove seeds and stems. Roughly chop the onion (40 g), garlic (6 g), and cilantro (10 g). Cut the chicken (180 g) into bite-sized pieces. (10 minutes)

Heat a dry pan over medium-high heat. Place the pepper halves skin-side up in the pan and cook until the skin is charred, about 5-7 minutes. (7 minutes)

Place the charred peppers, chopped onion, garlic, and cilantro in a blender. Add broth (150 ml) and lime juice (15 ml). Blend until smooth. (5 minutes)
