- Carrot50 g
- Onion50 g
- Bell Pepper50 g

- Cabbage150 g
- Soy Sauce15 ml
- Ginger5 g
Instructions

Step 1: Cook brown rice according to package instructions. While rice cooks, prepare vegetables and chicken.

Step 2: Slice chicken breast into thin strips. Shred cabbage, julienne carrot and bell pepper, and thinly slice onion. Mince ginger and garlic.
