Cabbage250 g
Carrot60 g
Onion60 g

Chicken Broth60 ml
Garlic1 clove
Paprika2.5 g

Black Pepper0.5 g

Instructions

Cut chicken breast into 1-inch pieces. Thinly slice cabbage, carrots, and onion. Mince garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned. Remove chicken and set aside.

Add onion and carrots to the same skillet, sauté for 3 minutes until slightly softened.

Stir in cabbage and minced garlic, cook for another 3-4 minutes until cabbage begins to wilt.

Return chicken to the skillet. Pour in chicken broth, sprinkle with paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

Cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender-crisp. Serve immediately.
