- Wild Garlic30 g
- Cherry Tomato50 g
- Parmesan Cheese7.5 g
- Olive Oil7.5 ml

- Walnut7.5 g
Instructions

Step 1: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil for pasta. Cook whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

Step 2: While pasta cooks, prepare the wild garlic pesto. In a food processor, combine wild garlic, Parmesan cheese, walnuts, and 10ml of olive oil. Blend until a coarse paste forms. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3: Slice chicken breast into thin strips or bite-sized pieces. Heat remaining 5ml olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 5: Drain the cooked pasta, reserving a small amount of pasta water. Return pasta to the pot. Add the wild garlic pesto and a splash of reserved pasta water (if needed) to create a creamy sauce. Toss to coat.
