Cooked chicken breast125 g
Cooked black beans75 g
Corn (canned or frozen)50 g
Corn tortilla1.5 pcs
Salsa15 g
Lime0.5 pcs
Fresh cilantro5 g
Cumin0.5 g
Chili powder0.5 g
Olive oil2.5 ml
Salt0.3 g
Black pepper0.3 g

Instructions

If using cooked chicken breast, shred or dice it. Rinse and drain the black beans. If using frozen corn, thaw it.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the cooked chicken, black beans, and corn. Season with cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.

Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes until heated through and flavors are combined.

While the filling cooks, warm the corn tortillas according to package instructions (skillet, microwave, or oven).

Finely chop the fresh cilantro.

Remove the chicken mixture from the heat. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the filling and stir in most of the chopped cilantro, reserving some for garnish.

Divide the filling evenly among the warm tortillas.
