Potatoes180 g
Cabbage150 g
Carrots100 g
Onion50 g
Olive Oil15 ml
Garlic2 cloves
Vegetable Broth100 ml
Marjoram0.5 tsp
Caraway Seeds0.3 tsp
Salt0.5 tsp
Black Pepper0.3 tsp

Instructions

Step 1: Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes. Peel and dice the potatoes into 1/2-inch pieces. Thinly slice the cabbage and carrots. Mince the onion and garlic.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken cubes and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

Step 3: Add diced potatoes, sliced carrots, minced onion, and garlic to the same skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables start to soften.

Step 4: Stir in the sliced cabbage, vegetable broth, marjoram, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer, then return the chicken to the skillet. Cover and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender-crisp. Serve hot.
