Chicken and Wild Garlic Pasta with Spinach

Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente (usually 8-10 minutes). Reserve 50ml of pasta water before draining.

While pasta cooks, dice chicken breast into 1-inch pieces. Finely chop wild garlic leaves and mince the garlic cloves. Wash spinach thoroughly.
