soy sauce15 ml
olive oil20 ml

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add sliced onion, bell pepper, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add minced garlic and ginger, stir-frying for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the cooked chicken breast and cooked rice to the pan.
