Mushrooms150 g
Green Beans150 g
Potato100 g
Whole Grain Bread25 g
Onion25 g
Garlic1 clove
Chicken Broth50 ml
Olive Oil5 ml
Fresh Parsley5 g
Thyme2.5 g
Salt1 g
Black Pepper0.5 g

Instructions

Step 1: Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Slice mushrooms. Trim green beans. Peel and dice potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes. Mince onion and garlic.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned on all sides. Remove chicken and set aside.

Step 3: Add onion, garlic, mushrooms, and potatoes to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until vegetables begin to soften and mushrooms are browned.

Step 4: Return chicken to the skillet. Add green beans, chicken broth, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well. Cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.

Step 5: Stir in fresh parsley. Serve hot with a slice of whole grain bread on the side.
