Cabbage100 g
Carrot25 g
Onion25 g
Brown Rice30 g
Olive Oil5 ml
Garlic1 clove
Paprika0.5 tsp
Salt1 pinch
Black Pepper1 pinch

Instructions

Step 1: Cook brown rice according to package instructions (typically 20-25 minutes). While rice cooks, prepare vegetables and chicken.

Step 2: Dice chicken breast into 1-inch pieces. Thinly slice cabbage, carrots, and onion. Mince garlic.

Step 3: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

Step 4: Add onion, carrots, and cabbage to the same skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until vegetables start to soften. Add minced garlic and paprika, cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.

Step 5: Return chicken to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well to combine. Serve immediately with cooked brown rice.
